2-6-2017· Thank you for your help everyone. In the end I found out that the furnace I lost in the flood is still available on the market. It's a Dettson AME hybrid electric-oil furnace (20kW electric / 90K BTU oil) that switches over automatically at -12C. I will probably go with this and install a simple heat pump for AC and heat when it's not too cold out.
